The Crime Victim Trauma and Assistance Center is an Office of Crime Victim Advocacy (OCVA) Crime Victim Service Center. We provide information on victim's rights and community resources; assistance obtaining immediate financial help and filing insurance claims; access and referrals to counseling services; legal advocacy — help navigating the criminal justice system, including the presence of an advocate at hearings and court proceedings; medical advocacy — support during medical procedures related to the offense; technical assistance with identity restoration; and general advocacy — help with healing, restoration, and rebuilding your life.
